- Damaged Items or Low Quality
If the product is defective or does not work properly, please report the defects or issues of the product to us within 10 days after receiving the order. For the fastest resolution, please contact us including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirmed the situation, no need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future.

1. Canceling Unshipped-out Orders
You can only cancel your order if you let us know within 24 hours after you place your order. We automate our order processing therefore if within 24 hours, your order might have been processed and we will not be able to cancel it. Any orders with sales items or discounts are considered final and are not eligible for refund for any reason unless they are defected. If you need to cancel your order please visit Contact Us and include all the details. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us right away and we will do our best to update it during our order fulfillment process. If the item has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident
- Improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
- After-market modifications
No returns/exchanges for products with water exposure will be accepted.

If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.
Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:
You Can Get A Full Refund
- If the product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional upon arrival.
- If you did not receive your product within 90 business days (South America) after the date that your order has been placed.
Please Note: Refund will go back to your account in 3-5 business days. All returns of our products are subject to a $9.99 restocking fee. If multiple items are returned at once, the respective fees for each product are accumulated (added together).
CP Choice imposes a NO REFUND POLICY for all mystery boxes. All sales are final and non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
